Fragmented, Lost, And Smoking Days Like Cigarettes.
There was something that united and gave people unbreakable strength. Something that has been fragmented within us without us realizing it.

“The morality of the Galician stonemasons, who dedicated their lives to a task they would never see finished, they lived about 50 years, and the cathedrals took 120 years to be finished,” said Mario Conde, who stood up to Spanish political power and paid the price for it.
The problem is that today we no longer do the right things because they are right. We do what gets us to results. We tend to pursue things that don't make us happy because we see images of people “being happy” with those things. In the best-case scenario, we get it and get a slap on the face when we realize the truth. At worst, we spend years or a lifetime after something that won´t deliver any happiness.
Thus, we end up fragmented, lost, and smoking days like cigarettes.
Why Fragmented?
In 1998 for a year and a half I lived in Quito, Ecuador. During that time, I saw how the people rebelled and defeated two presidents (18 months).
The people in that place and time were very clear about what they accepted and what they did not. And those 2 governments crossed the red line. There were riots, wounded, and dead. But the dignity and morale of the population were so strong that one of the rulers had to escape by helicopter, and the other was afraid to sleep in the presidential palace. There was something that united and gave unbreakable strength to the people.
Something that has been stolen from our lives subtly and steadily.
How did they do it?
Legally, today you can declare yourself a woman, tomorrow a dog, and next month a lesbian man.
Erasing the friction and effort to get important things in your life.
Cheap entertainment where you are shown how hard it is to change things. So you give up before even taking the first step (the most important one).
Quick sex, so you don't learn what commitment is. (It's not about getting married and starting a family. It is about discovering and developing commitment.)
Breaking your ability to focus so you don't discover what gives meaning to your life.
Honestly, my message to you is “do and live how you want.”
But,
How are you going to progress and expand in life if:
A) You don't truly know who you are and/or what you are.
B) You didn't discover the power, strength, and confidence that comes from striving for something important to you.
C) You've been brainwashed into believing it's hard to change things, leaning towards corruption.
D) You won't be able to rebel against injustices because you didn't learn to commit to anything that doesn't give a direct result.
E) You've been hacked by giving your brain more than it can process, so you don't discover what gives your life meaning.
F) Your capacity to focus has been stolen.
If you don't discover your life´s purpose, you won't build the dignity and morals to stand up for it.
And without that, how and/or why would you do things right, because it's the right thing to do?
It's a brave person's fate.
Maybe you're not, and it's not your fault.
But Iron Man gave his life for a greater cause, and so did Frodo, and also Jack Harper. It is in the nature of the human soul.
But this is not just fiction. In real life we have Martin Luther King, Keanu Reeves, and Mario Conde - who remind us of the morality and dignity of the Galician stonemasons who dedicated their lives to a mission they would never see finished - as well as millions of entrepreneurs, businessmen, scientifcs, and professionals with the potential to change the rules of the game (if they would stand up).
It took me a long time to realize the light showing the North in my life is a deep commitment to society and communication.
I know nothing. That's why I am a Ghostwriter-Storyteller, giving voice to those who know important things but can't find a way, the time, and the words to tell them.
